Welcome to Pastry Chef Paula

We are so pleased to welcome Paula Murchison onto the team at The Wild Strawberry.

Paula joins us from Sharrow Bay where she had been Head Pastry Chef. She previously trained under the Roux brothers in Amsterdam. Paula makes the most delightful patisserie which you can buy from our new patisserie counter. Or why not try our traditional afternoon tea for two? Sandwiches, sausage rolls, scones with cream and jam and a selection of Paula’s beautiful cakes and biscuits.
